Maxim 1.0

Autopsy of a 240M-parameter experiment. MoE → LLaMA → GPT, trained on coding Q/A — then the vision attempt hit the compute wall. What died: the model. What it taught: compute is a budget before it is an architecture, and POWAHHHH is not optional.

Maxim 2.0

The ongoing experiment behind the product: evaluating models and providers through OpenRouter, currently routing to Kimi K3, while the stack stays mine. Borrowed compute is the bridge — the lab notes decide when to stop renting the brain.
